A New Story Sale

I've sold a new short story, "Not Alone," to Cosmos, a new popular science magazine published in Australia.

No Such Luck

Got the bad news today that iBooks, which was to reprint my historical novel Ruler of the Sky, is going bankrupt, so a trade paperback won't be coming out in the US after all. The good news is that I still own the rights, as my agent got a reversion from that publisher. Interestingly, Ruler is still in print in Spain 12 years after coming out there, and the Germans have just bought the rights to publish yet another (the fourth) edition there.

WisCon 30

George Zebrowski and I will both be attending Wiscon 30, to be held May 25 to 29, 2006 in Madison, Wisconsin.
